Companies should adopt an ethical and political issue of marketing ethics. Often, employees do not have enough business experience to know what the right decision when faced with an ethical dilemma. Not only are big companies who must deal with ethical issues but also to small family businesses must have consistent policies for the ethics of marketing. A small business can calm thinking that ethics is something you learn at home, do not want to appear as preachers. However, we need leadership because there will be differences of opinion about what should be done. Allow each employee to establish an ethics policy for the company is entering a challenging field.
