Introduction

It is rather appalling to perceive how the world would have been, if there were no significant boundary or margin between the atrocious and publically accepted actions. This world will have not been less than any jungle, inhabited by some atrocious and brutal human beings, who would do anything and go to any extent to get their motives materialized. In this paper, we will first discuss the Ethical self assessment, which is considered to be an integral part, it assist the person to judge his/her personal standing on the ground of ethics, with respect to his strong and appreciated aspects of leadership or actions. Then in the second part we will discuss self assessments regarding individual decision making, which enables the person to estimate his behavioral grounds regarding various realms. In the third part, we will discuss the Impact of ACHE standards on ethical decision making. In the fourth part, we will discuss the influence of individual ethics on decision making. In the final parts of the paper, we will discuss the strategies which could be helpful for an individual to improve his ability of ethical decision making in the future.

Ethical Self Assessment

The Ethical self assessment, considered to be an integral part or component of the code of ethics lined out by ACHE. Primarily the general connotation attached to the Ethical self assessment refers to a proposition that enables a person to determine your actions or leadership, in the realm of ethics. Most importantly, it assist to a considerable degree in enabling the person to judge his/her personal standing on the ground of ethics, with respect to his strong and appreciated aspects of leadership or actions, as well as those areas that require to be worked on.

Self Assessments Regarding Individual Decision Making

As discussed earlier, the tool devised by the ACHE, enables the person to weigh his behavioral grounds regarding various domains. Amongst those major areas that come under the extensive umbrella of Leadership is that of intuitive, swift and ethical decision making, under even the most challenging and horrendous circumstances. Interestingly, it enables a person to reflect one's stance and position in numerous aspects and circumstances, and simultaneously prompts him to reflect on the action he took at a time, and the ethical connotation that action attached to it.
