Business ethics is based on the principal of honesty, openness and loyalty to one's word. It is the ability to perform effectively in the market on the basis of applicable law, established rules and traditions (Charles, 2008, p:249). It has long been long been the center of study and speculation all over the world. Profits to usury were equated by Aristotle. Business is a very essential feature in the human activity and life. In looks as if there is a serious dilemma in the modern business organization. On the one hand, it is becoming increasingly clear that legally protected unlimited pursuit of profit can't be left to dominate without being challenged from complex and meaningful criteria (e.g. are like professional values, social values, human values and public values). This essay will highlight important ethical aspects in International business. This essay will give an understanding of the extent to which earning profit is regarded as an ethical action. It will also cover the moral constraints of the society applicable on the business world. It will also highlight the inclusion of ethics in an International business.

Corporate wrongdoing, indiscretion and corruption are key subjects that media has concerned more about well known companies is world includes WorldCom, Enron and Tyco that have been found guilty for their unlawful behavior (Madhukar, 2009, p: 68) and create a big pat for the United Sates criteria that highly blamed actions from Wall Street protest. The scandals of the these corporations have create renewed interest of business ethics and understanding for the factors for promoting ethical behavior and therefore it is the mounting in addition for the personal values of employees and the environment of organization that play critical role for encouraging conducts of ethics.

Organizational Environment and Ethical Conduct

We have argue about the three key issues that relates to the ethical environment that works together for helping to promote Ethical practices and ethical behavior in any organization (Judith & Katherine, 2011, p: 30) includes; ethical leadership, ethical practices and ethical climate.

Ethical leadership relates how the employees should behave within organization and the ethical leaders about the desirable characteristics for moral managers and influencing conduct of employees directly. Moral person have always listen to employees and try to conduct their personal lives in ethical manners with the objective of best interest in the mind of employees, he always makes fair decision and can be trusted from their employees. On the other hand Moral managers have been more concerns about violating ethical standards and discussing ethics of business and values for their employees (Chieh & Ming, 2010, p: 20), he also engaged for setting an example about how the things should have been conduct in right manner in terms of ethics and defining the result from obtaining what things should be right when decision have been made.
