Introduction

The study is related to the decision-making process of meeting the murderer, although the case shows that the member of the family cannot come back, but it is important that the convicted person should be punished. Moreover, the meeting between the family and the convicted person should not take place as the family members have lost their loved one and they are emotionally concerned about the death. It is not the right of the family to forgive the person as this authority belongs to the law. In addition, if the convicted person wants to seek forgiveness for his actions than the family should not do this, as the family member was brutally murdered.

Discussion

The family should not meet the inmate as his action has deeply affected the feelings and sentiments of the family. In this case, criminal justice system can be defined as the establishment of criminal laws with proper set of procedures and rules according to social and legitimate scenarios. It is a procedure followed by public officials in order to impose punishments for a crime. Criminal justice is the application or the study of the laws on criminal behavior (Andrews, 1992). Those who study criminal justice are the police, working in the ability to have judicial powers and the lawyers comply with defending or trying those accused of a crime (Andrews, 1992).

In view, of the family everyone involved in the arrest, prosecution, defense or resolution of a target of a suspect must be fair. However, this objective is not always true, which is the flexibility in applying the law (positive law), changes to laws that are unjust, and judicial interpretation. As a field, of study who will work with the parties the law implies behavior defined as crime, consideration of criminal justice.

Justice in the case of the family also refers not only to judicial guarantees granted to citizens of most countries, but also a just retribution for victims of crime, such as seeing an offender incarcerated (Andrews, 1992). Criminal justice is always a goal. In addition to this, the law, morality and ethics in relation to the values, and consequences are the three concepts nearby similar and joined the foundation. As regards to its foundation and in all of them lies a common idea, related to fairness, accuracy, the search for good, fair, reasonable or founded (Lurigio, Skogan & Davis, 1990).

The knowledge base on criminal career research is strong and has served as an important foundation for criminological; especially theories of morality, values and consequences. Going forward, and with the aid of longitudinal data and recently developed methodological and statistical techniques that have yielded evidence about group based offending trajectories, there is great hope in what can be learned about the life course offending patterns.
