When it comes to family policy, it is adequate for the business actions under the aspect of family friendly actions and policies. The Family Policy can go an alternative way and thus influence and new, Effective options that are open to workforce gender diversity in addressing the issues of work and family life balance. Many parents are happy to leave the workforce to care personally for their children, but others remain at home because they not see how to bring their children the attention and care they need while meeting those requirements which are now market working. However, children whose parents have no paid employment are more vulnerable to poverty, and mothers who have interrupted their careers to look after their children are more likely to experience poverty in their future life (Rothausen, 1998, 685-706).
