Case History

Jina is the first to get an appointment accompanied by her mother, an elegant, very young lady. Jina itself is just as attractive, lively acts to overactive. Jina tells of a bulimic symptoms persist for some time, when she has to throw up several times a week, sometimes even after they have only eaten some fruit. She weighs 49 kg with a height of 1.58 m. They do not eat much and too irregular, intoxicating claims to only occasionally. Jina noticed that the vomiting had become independent on the one hand, on the other hand, they feel like they get rid of emerging tensions with parents, Daniel, somehow the vomiting with their conflicts seem to be related to the parents, she said, and then the mother has legal right to the debt.

Family Therapy

Therapy is becoming more common, not only in a specific country, but throughout the world.Growing awareness that makes this type of aid is widely used. In order to meet the desired outcome, there are several concepts that can act as a bridge between a patient and a psychotherapists, to make them enable faster access to contact and answers to their therapists questions. Family therapy is a form of therapy, which is attended mostly the whole family. This follows from the assumption that the family creates a system in which individual members response to each other in their mutual relations and mutually influence each other. Not only the problems of one of the household affect the entire family system, but also the family system affects the formation of the disorder. Therefore, when solving problems very important "allies" and "experts" become members of the household, as well as other relatives and important for the family.

Psychodynamics

After I talked with Jina in two sessions alone, I suggested that instead of a single therapy parents needs to consult fully, as Jina considered it appropriate and does not seem to be that much of a psychodynamic component on top of the fault. It is noticeable already that Jina has nothing good to her mother and father and all the other men. Moreover, it happened to be interesting therefore she liked the idea because she wanted to outdo her mother and the oedipal father and all the other men On the other hand, under this hysterical oedipal conflict there are early structural deficiencies, which can be usually handled only in a very lengthy individual therapy. The patient, however, would like to move rapidly as it stands to reason that they would not hold out a multi-year therapy.

Family Dynamics

In subsequent meetings of family worked out, the parents of the daughter initially faced difficulty. They sometimes asked for help, but during their treatment it was also strange to know that they were close to Jina, while they sometime feel inconsiderate.
