Introduction

Children are the most valuable gift from God. They are the most fragile beings, mentally and also physically. Being a grown up, parents and teachers it is our prime legal responsibility to help them develop their confidence, sense of responsibility, till they reach mature age. This process is of enormous importance as the whole society comes on stake, any failure on our part could possibly infect their thoughts, creativity and might hold back their maturing phase. This clearly depicts the importance of early childhood education. It is major right of every infant to get good food shelter and education, along with love care and attention through their guardians. Children have their Basic physical, emotional, nutritional and psychological needs, those cannot be neglected as they have full right to be protected and they should not believe that they are alone.
