Should gay marriage be legalized in USA?

Introduction

Gay marriage commonly called same sex marriage and also called egalitarian. In Argentina, it means the marriage of same sex. It offers couples of same sex have ability to unite in the same way as couples of different sexes. He may designate an extension of the concept of marriage or some form of union gifted of a regime.

Most companies do not provide this possibility, if marriage between same sexes existed in some ethnic groups. However in the early 21st century, an evolution of several laws has led in ten states, the legal recognition of civil unions or marriages between persons of the same sex. The political debate taking place about gay marriage raises related issues, particularly concerning the rights of cohabiting couples of same-sex married vis-à-vis the parentage and the adoption (Sullivan, 1997).

Should gay marriage be legalized in USA?

In my opinion yes it should be legalized as many of the supporters are also in favor. There are some reasons which states that now it should be legalized, in order to give respect to this community. The reasons I would like to make my point of view clear are discussed below:

Positions of supporters and opponents

For supporters of gay marriage, there is a difference of unjust legal regime between heterosexual and homosexual couples. Citing the equal rights of indifferent sentimental and sexual orientation, they demand the legalization of gay marriage. It aims to offer everyone the opportunity to start a family, a right recognized in one form or another by various laws (such as the right to lead a normal family life in U.S). It is yet to allow same-sex families in concubinage or contract to have recognition of their union as such (Iridous, Geskus, 2003).

Conversely, opponents of gay marriage point to the specificity of heterosexual marriage, where men and women are certainly equal, but not identical or interchangeable, particularly in relation to motherhood and its consequences on the lives of the couple and life of the newlyweds. They are based primarily on the consistent definition of the word "marriage" in all places, and times to denote the union of one man, and one woman. They contest the egalitarianism of the claim, review a fallacious argument in the service of community claim victimhood, and oppose the defense institutions.

Another approach is critical of homosexual marriage to oppose the sulfur character of homosexuality conformist bourgeois who finds application in the marriage. The writer Benedict Duteurtre published an article in Liberation June 2, 2004, entitled "Gay Wedding for petty bourgeois," in which he challenged the legitimacy not so much interest and consistency of this claim (Stanton, 2003).

Religious considerations can be found in the grounds of opposition. Monotheistic faiths traditionally sanctify the marriage of a man and a woman and also condemn homosexual relations.
