Introduction

It is a fact that gay marriages are surrounded by so much controversy involving legal and societal arguments in which some oppose it while some support it. Legal or Official arguments are the subject of fundamental civil and equal rights, that is why they support gay marriages which obtains more attention. In contrast, gay marriages face opposition by social arguments for the reason that they care for the welfare of the society by maintaining the ethics and morals. Overall, it is proved that gay marriages are not destructive to the welfare of the society. And yet, in case they are harmful but their equality and self-respect must be valued. The civil liberties, rights and responsibilities should be enjoyed by the two persons who are in love with each other, like the rest of the couples apart from their genders.
