Abstract

In this research, we will discuss the globalizational movement of labor. This movement is due to different circumstances. We will come to know about the needs of labor and the scenario involving in their illegal trafficking between nations. Here, we will specifically study the purpose of the illegal movement of Mexicans into Texas. We will identify the issues that are motivating them to leave their homeland and companions. We will also identify the problems they face during the migration process. At Last, we will address the higher authorities which can reduce this illegal movement at large. We will discuss their role in this regard.

Introduction

Globalization has its own unique advantages but sometimes it causes different problems to the natives of a particular country. Globalizational movement of labor is one of them. By the passage of time, it has been realized that the labor always move towards the developing countries, especially the western countries to target jobs. This job hunting is very useful for that developing country, but in spite of that there are some illegal activities seen in this regard. The labor move crossing borders illegally. They move illegally as well as those labors are also considered illegal who overstay after the expiry of visa. I have conducted a research about this specific topic to know the purposes of this illegal trafficking of human resource.

It is a fact that with the passage of time, illegal transport of labor is increasing. It is due to increased wages they got in another country and unable to earn the same amount in their homeland. This factor motivates them to move globally taking a risk of illegal transport, which is strictly prohibited. This illegal trafficking is very dangerous in every aspect, especially its life threatening. They take this risk just because of their labor need. This illegal trafficking increased in last 10-15 years.

Labor Needs

Illegal trafficking is done in sake of needs. The high wages are one of the key factors of this illegal movement. Unemployment also played a vital role in this illegal transportation of the labor across the borders. Normally, labor move towards the developing states to get employed by negotiating with the employer. Overpopulation ends at poverty, this motivates the labor towards the illegal movement. As globalization increases the need for labor in certain segments of the economies, many people are choosing to move to where the jobs are. They have their own needs to move to any unknown country which is sometimes far away from them. Starvation is one of the big reasons for them to move from their native country. It sometimes increases the population of that country which is very dangerous factor for the economy.
