Health and safety legislation is critical in the accommodation department. There are so many reasons why health and safety is critical in this department.

Fire Safety

We are fortunate that we have had very few fires in our student accommodation. The causes of those fires show that they were preventable. The results of a fire are distressing but you can take action to minimize the risks.
