Introduction

With the wealth of legislative changes and subsequent regulation and directives; the service user has become a very important person in the world of health and also social care. These two sectors are often place together, but more importantly they have their own agendas and areas of specific management strategy that impact upon the needs and involvement of the service user. Therefore, we shall explore the concept of the socio-historical context of participation and collaboration; legislative mandated requirements; management measurements and involvement; service user and service collaboration and the inter-agency and partnerships that are now engaging the service user.

Do all health and social care professionals interact equally?

On 12th of January 2010 my assembly have consulted Rapid Assessment and Discharge Team comprise of three of distinct wellbeing expert Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and a Home care manager. They worked in Accident and Emergency and Admissions (adults) in Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospital at Fife. In supplement there is good connection passages as they recognise diverse group constituent functions furthermore make other assemblies cognizant of persevering input and needs. They utilised to share information, abilities and support each other throughout lack of employees, sickness and holidays. They give effort and promise to accept alterations and conquer trials to rendezvous government targets. Also apply a good design in department to decrease tension both of employees and patients for demonstration one individual will load up primary evaluation pattern of release of that day so could be accomplished by communal employee so remainder of group can focus doing other things. Last issue came to my brain which influenced me they address personal limitations by acknowledging it and understand where to put their effort to construct individual power. However they find some adversities occasionally from force from administration considering not release patients shortly to decrease the cost, Pressure from advisors for need to beds, Pressure from family as they may contend not release their persevering so soon. Also because of Agenda for Change some employees gets increased in their band so most of employees had identical grade of band which make tough to definite group leader.
