The same case will be there in Grandview Global Financial Services, Inc because of the problems that have taken place for setting up an appropriate Performance Management system in their organization. They faced problems due to their presence in various locations. Each country had its own PM system that was based on the local culture and traditions. However, it made difficult for creating a unified PM system for the overall organization that can be set as a base for the employees.

Now the major issue that needs to be addressed is the role of PM for setting up a corporate culture in the organization. There is no doubt that the implementation of Performance Management is necessary because it set outs a performance criteria for the employees. Every employee tries to fulfill the criteria in order to seek best performance in their work. In this way, the employees are rewarded according to their performance level and then strive to put more effort in the future. Those employees who do not perform well are communicated about the areas where they were not at their best. They are given instructions to perform better next time to create benefits for the company. It is quite clear that the implementation of Performance Management is crucial for the organization's overall performance. It sets out a guideline for the employees that they need to meet in their work. Otherwise, they are never going to understand the overall working requirement. It also creates a healthy competition among employees that turn out to be beneficial for the organization. When the employees perform well and even when they give out mediocre performance, but there is a need to compensate them. In every organization, Compensation and Benefits Department is there to deal with matters of salary, fringe benefits, holidays and other various issues related to their package. When an employee is hired, he is offered a certain package that includes his salary and bonus, leaves entitled to him, health insurance and other benefits provided to him. All these matters carry immense significance because it not an issue of one employee but for the overall staff. Every employee is offered a package according to the job specification.
