The human resource management seeks to build and maintain an environment of excellence in quality to enable better workforce in achieving the objectives of quality and operational performance of the company. It is a modern term for what has traditionally been known as personnel management. Human resource managers could continue running the traditional functions of personnel managers, but the scope and importance of their area of ??responsibility has been significantly altered. Instead of being the vigilant corporate human resource managers, they now assume a strategic role of leadership in their organizations.

They must consider and plan development according to the corporate culture of the organization. At the same time, they monitor daily operations involved in the maintenance of systems of human resources management in their companies. 3. Delegating authority to employees to make a difference.

4. Strengthen individual and team commitment to quality through a comprehensive win prizes and reinforcements.
