This Presentation is about the Organizational structure and I am going to discuss about the ideal organizational structure.

Matrix organizational structure is considered as an ideal organizational structure. It is an attempt to combine the pure functional structure of the organizational structure and product advantages. This is a form for the company, such as construction, service organizations etc. It is also considered as "project-driven".

In a matrix organization, or can be also called as ideal and realistic organizational structure, each project manager to vice president and general manager directly, since each project represents a potential profit center, power and authority from the general manager, project manager directly.

Information sharing is mandatory in such an organization; several people may need the same piece of work (Afuah, 2001, 1228).
