ABSTRACT

In this research study, the organizational culture of Nandos has been analyzed and discussed by using the qualitative research method techniques that is secondary data and interview techniques. The interviews were conducted by the managers and employees of Nandos. The organizational culture has an impact on the job satisfaction and motivation of the employees of Nandos. The organizational culture of Nandos is strong and good that is the reason the employees are motivated and satisfied with their jobs. The organizational culture is good that is the reason employees love to recommend to others to join Nandos and excel in their career paths.
