Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to give a systematic review to explore the level of knowledge regarding the effects of tobacco smoking among young people. Oral cancer is one of the negative impacts of Tobacco usage on youngsters. Tobacco has a negative impact on youngsters. Because of the increased illiteracy rate, people are not aware of the negative consequences of tobacco usage and; therefore, they are becoming a victim of oral cancer. This topic is very important for the health care and the advanced nursing practice in such a way that it helps in understanding the oral cancer related theories and implementing it in the health care field (Bolinder 2007).

Description of the Major Project

The main base of this project was on systematic review. In order to conduct this proposal, the researchers conducted the data from already conducted researches and from questionnaires and surveys etc.

Brief outline of Problem

Since the 1600's the tobacco industry has been a major socioeconomic force in British society. Tobacco chewing continues to be a very popular societal habit and economical business, even though microbiological researchers have discovered that the resulting expectorant caused the spread of diseases. Recently, the use of smokeless (oral) tobacco has grown exponentially in response to public information campaigns and extensive marketing strategies as a means of combating the successful anti—smoking legislation (Bolinder, 2007).

Tobacco use can cause cancer in organs that come into contact with the smoke, such as the lungs, throat and mouth. Since, the chemicals from the smoke penetrate the blood cancer can occur in many other organs.

According to scientists in the United Kingdom, the developed countries of Europe, as well as in large Russian cities there is much dominance of lung cancer and breast cancer (in Moscow in 2006 from all forms of cancer accounts 225 000 people). Researchers believe that this is the result of environmental pollution by industrial waste, car exhaust fumes and tobacco smoke (Tucker, 2009).

According to U.K. experts, every hour in the United Kingdom a person dies from oral cancer. In addition, this cancer is rapidly getting younger, which is a dangerous sign. In previous years, the disease was typical for people over 45 years, but now more and more often patients are much younger than 40 (Little 2004).

Oral cancer in the number of entrained life spans in the U.K. 6th place among other cancers among youngsters. Disease annually kills 8000 lives. The health examiners diagnosed 30 thousand people with "cancer of the mouth" each year, with 20 thousand of them - men (Surgeon General's Report, ...
