Implementation of Criminal Justice system

The United States government has permitted the Apollo Corporation to purchase the part of land which has broken and separated from the mainland of California due to natural disasters and implement criminal justice system in this territory. The main subject of concern is that what methodology we implement in an appropriate manner and with as little trauma as possible the adversarial system we designed in legislative changes? This question unfolds in a multiplicity of concerns and many other questions, all related to the implementation of new systems, especially in adverse social and political conditions so common in this region. Surely it is in the particular moment in the development of criminal justice system in Latin America but also related to the increased level of uncertainty that exists in this field after the experiences gained in the implementation process already completed or underway but in any case riddled with problems and difficulties. Reflect on how to act in this new stage of implementation is one of the most urgent tasks to be performed by those involved in the process of criminal justice system. That's one of the main functions of the evaluations that have been brought forward in recent years as part of Project monitoring criminal justice systems being undertaken by the Justice Center of the Americas: he seeks to give us a map ( more or less detail, but a map at the end) to locate in the complex implementation. It is also necessary to abandon a naive enthusiasm or pessimism trivial to talk about successes or failures with much levity, when it comes to processes that have so little time developing the intellectual effort that allows us a more complex analysis of change processes. ...
