Introduction

Within the area of social sciences socialization is one of the most inter disciplinary subfield due to the affluent history of arguments across lines of the discipline, discussions between sociology and psychology, anthropology and sociology, and between natural and social sciences (Watson, 1924; Clausen, 1968; Goslin, 1969). The viewpoint that forces within the environment are accountable for behaviors shown by humans was directly opposing the idea that hereditary and instinctual factors were significantly in charge. In the mid 1800s this question came to prominence starting with natural adaptation and selection discoveries by Darwin [1872] (1966) and kept on going till previous century with changing levels of intensity.

Discussion

According to Peter Senge learning organizations are those that are enthusiastic in shifting from viewpoints inbuilt in conventional, hierarchical organizations and moving towards a notion within which each employee possess the capability of challenging the prevailing thinking and offering new-fangled approaches (Senge, 2010).

Therefore, several components of leadership, supervision and management incorporate the personal traits of an individual. Individuals that are dedicated to work quality and superior performance not just build skills when they are on their jobs, but even struggle to develop their personal behaviors in order to depict their professional stance. Skills that get developed in an employee's personal life could significantly do good to their performance on their jobs. Nonetheless, being successful means dissimilar things to different individuals (Starling, 2009). An individual might view assisting others as an indicator of success because many people need help from others so if they can help others then they would think of them as successful individuals, whereas, some individuals might believe monetary wealth as their successfulness.

For the purpose of this paper a self-assessment of my desired position, current position, personal restraining and driving forces is based on the following points: organizational change, leadership, program evaluation, information systems, financial management, supervision, human resources development, organizational design, planning and program design, and managing the environment. I would even assess the impact of Senge's Five Disciplines on the basis of areas and skills that require improvement.

I am presently working as a technician for habilitation, offering one-on-one services on a daily basis to my client with mood disorder, cerebral palsy, epilepsy and mental retardation. Within the field of social service technicians and assistants this position is a lower-level designation. Within the professional life the state that is desired by me is to get employed in a similar section or the same area within the field of human services, but at a professional level that is higher than the one I am currently working on. In pursuing employment within mental health, case management, meditation and advocacy qualified assessment due consideration has been given. Factors that might hinder or help the desired state's achievement are the restraining and the driving forces.
