The globalization has brought the businesses closer and has provided them the platform to expand their operations and increase their sizes. Technology has placed its role in information organization and then its successful retrieval across the world. In such cases, the dealing of information and then its retrieval needs to have effective attention and management to run smoothly the operation of the businesses and avoid the hurdles in flawless retrievals.

We organize information - in our minds and in information systems - in order to collect and record it, retrieve it, evaluate and select it, understand it, process and analyze it, apply it, and rearrange and reuse it. The journal article demonstrates the information organization and its retrieval. Though there are many aspects of retrieving the information like standards and standardization: a critical assessment of their value and importance to the effective organization of knowledge, the representation of knowledge in classification schemes, classification schemes: philosophical or pragmatic etc but the main highlight of the given article is to elaborate the knowledge, power and the classifications that are occurring on smaller and larger scales in day to day businesses.
