The United Nations Peacekeeping forces possess a long and decent history. Since 1948, the United Nations Peacekeeping is working for promoting the effective relationships between various territories. The very first mission of the United Nations Peacekeeping was sent to the Middle East for the purpose of observing and maintaining the ceasefire during the time period of 1948 War between Arab and Israel. It remains extremely important to realize that the peacekeeping phrase is not found in the Charter of United States.
