Laura Abbott and John Brown are two friends who joined WEML as production assistant roughly at the same time. As they joined the company together they became good friends and good coworkers. Both of them have a different personality and nature. Laura is sort of person who really do not care about what other do and what they feel. Where by John possess a very caring nature and help all the coworkers in completing their task. Both Laura and John share a friendly communication relationship. The communication between the two collegeaus is quite friendly and they mostly share all the information. The communication gap arises when Laura was proposed a new job offer by the Boss which was John dream job( news writer). Laura felt bad at first but after rational thinking accepted the offer which build the communication gap and conflict between the two friends.

The communication axiom of John and Laura friendship works in a system with a macro approach. The friendship relationship follows the negative synergy between them. As both Laura and John are said to be good coworkers and friends they share the 'impossibility of not communicating axiom'. According to this the interaction between the two Laura and John is strong and anything interpreted erroneously by one partner will affect the relationship e.g. their friendship. It is not necessary that one partner intentional say or do something that hurt the other feeling and affect the relation. There can be a possibility that the receiver is not able to understand the underline meaning of what actually is communicated.

Similarly another axiom can be estimated with John and Laura friendship 'Content and relationship level'. According to this when Laura and John interact with each other they are sending each other messages both verbal and non verbal. Now how the message have been perceived and understood is administered through their relationship level (friendship).

At last their communication axiom also constitute the 'Complementary fashion', because when Laura is offered a job which was John dream job she didn't compromise on their friendship but changed her behavior towards John and opt to peruse the new job offer.
