After taking a close gaze at the taking photos commerce, it is evident that there has been an important move from the use of traditional movie cameras to a market fully fledged and saturated with up to date and revised digital cameras and digital photographic tools. As more buyers acclimatize to this technological change, the demand for digital cameras in the market grows considerably, which leads to larger affray between suppliers in the development stage (being that this is still new technology). Standing powerful within the competition is Eastman Kodak. More than ten years ago, Eastman Kodak invested well over $4 Billion dollars into its ongoing study and development in order to capitalize on this new growing trend in digital imagery. Kodak was founded by an energetic and visionary entrepreneur, and conceived joy and recollections for millions of people. Kodak's directing values were, “mass output at low cost, international circulation, comprehensive advocating, and customer aim, and growth through continuous research.” taking photos was made accessible, usable and inexpensive to everyone.

There are still some unanswered conflicts between investors and company foremasts. Based on all the achievement that the company has been able to enjoy over the years, it is clear that the strategies directed have been highly effective. The business now has to acclimatize an alike scheme; only this time there should be efforts made to accommodate the present and ongoing technological changes. (Nemenoff 2010)

The world we live in is evolving and accelerating at a staggering stride, and in the digital technology/photography commerce companies are finding that in alignment to endure strong competition they should leave old enterprise strategies that centered on customary film processing and adopt schemes that focus on digital photography. For decades, Kodak flourished on a classic enterprise form: sell lots of cameras at low prices in alignment to mark up earnings on the inks, chemicals, and papers utilised for creating the prints. This scheme disintegrated as the digital transformation and foreign competitors found a way to advance the expertise at a cheaper cost and at a much advanced rate.
