Introduction

Collaborative teaming depends upon a foundation of mutual trust and parity, with team members coordinating their work through face-to-face interactions involving problem-solving to accomplish a common goal. Many school reformers recommend that concerns about students can best be resolved when teachers collaborate, and that such teaming is a necessary ingredient if schools are to meet the diverse needs of their students (Fullan, 2002; Sarason, 2004). In this study we will analyzed primary teachers' ways of thinking in primary school and students with learning difficulties.
