Introduction

Human resources are governed by labor law which operates in all the areas they manage: the recruitment of departing employees through compensation, training and in relations with supervisors, etc. It is based on a set of texts from the law, conventions and collective agreements, or business. To remain in compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, the organization must constantly stay abreast of changing laws and regulations that is to say to a legal watch.

The human resource management seeks to build and maintain an environment of excellence in quality to enable better workforce in achieving the objectives of quality and operational performance of the company. The management of human resources is a modern term for what has traditionally been known as personnel management or personnel management. HR managers may continue to run the traditional functions of personnel managers, but the scope and importance of their area of ??responsibility has been significantly altered. Instead of being the vigilant corporate human resource managers now assume a strategic role of leadership in their organizations (Stella, 2005). Must consider and plan development according to corporate culture of the organization and at the same time, monitor daily operations involved in the maintenance of management systems of human resources in their companies.

All businesses, association and the government being encompassed should have principles considering chartering, encouraging and terminating workers to double-check a non-discriminatory work environment. Every British citizen has the right to request for a job and be equitably advised founded on deserve, if for any cause the business conceives or boosts a discriminatory natural environment by only chartering specific assembly or persons the association can be faced with exorbitant consequences of discrimination (Ronald, 2007).

Besides creating a socially balanced society, laws have also been deemed essential in order to avoid abuse of rights, and to grant certain rights to every individual. The same purpose is also being served in the employment law, which is defined to avoid suppressing of employers from the employees. The importance of legal issues in HR management can be observed by the following sentence that every person in this world needs a working environment where she or he can feel safe and secure while working. It has been widely observed that when a person from the lower staff suggest any constructive change for the progression of organization, middle man may take all the credibility or sometime may annoy top management.

To avoid annoyance of the employer as a cause for employee termination, law regarding employment conditions has been formulated. Mostly, employers or other staff members may not accept the change because of its proposition by a person from other race, religion, or gender, which leads to work place bullying. Thus, in this report, annals of racial discrimination, affirmative activity, identical open in the workplace, diversity and the regulations surrounding discrimination will be discussed, after employee termination law (Muller, 2009).
