Personal Thinking Styles

This life styles inventory often referred to as management styles in terms of personal management and leadership styles that affect an individual's life; these factors represent the real meaning of an individual's effectiveness. My primary life style inventory is based on the constructive style which reflects the thinking and behavior of self-enhancing which contribute to my level of satisfaction, ability to develop healthy relationships with others and work effectively with them which help me in getting proficient in fulfilling and accomplishing the tasks.

In addition to this, my backup personal thinking style is the defensive and also the aggressive style. The Life Styles Inventory identifies the fundamental motivations and thoughts that focus an individual's attitudes and behavior. In addition to this, the reason of this defensive and aggressive behavior is that if the things are not going well in normal conditions that are with the constructive style of managerial ship or leadership then it becomes important and vital to focus on defensive strategies that help me in getting the likely results, moreover, my aggressive style also helps in fulfilling and accomplishing the tasks. The below mentioned chart and circumplex as given in the case shows the constructive style, defensive style and aggressive style that helps me in getting and fulfilling the work on time, moreover, these factors serve as the essential element in motivating which ultimately reflects in the outcome of the work.
