Life Style Inventory

PART I: PERSONAL THINKING STYLES

The life style inventory helps people to work out on their behaviors and further strengthen them to gain personal effectiveness. The life style inventory system is equally user friendly for both personal and 360º assessment.

I have always wondered that somewhere I have leadership qualified, but I never tried to explore it in a possible way. Therefore, I have chosen this inventory to evaluate my skills and to come to an answer to my questions.

PART II: IMPACT ON MANAGEMENT STYLE

The impact of my personal style on the primary functions of management will be quite significant or we can say that my management is going to be based on my distinctive styles. For example, the life style inventory results have identified all the constructive styles as my strengths and denote that I am an extrovert and instead of being a self-centered individual I care for people around me.

Leadership qualities require better planning that include learning new leadership skills, taking appropriate actions, having a proactive approach, working along with people and guide them to the best possible way. For this purpose, a person needs to plan accordingly and to act on that plan, requires skills that can help to achieve those plans. Therefore, I have chosen LSI to come to a conclusion.

PART III: GENESIS OF PERSONAL STYLES

The percentile and raw scores in the extensions on the circumplex and below table represents the perception and pattern of how I think and behave. The raw scores range from 0 to 40 whereas the percentile scores accounts for the results that compared with individuals who have already completed life style inventory (Alvin, 1998).
