The objectives of the IT integration

IT managers seem to be quick to realize the objectives of the merger, and realized that the end result should be a complete integration of its best first in his class, and then update. The aim of the association is to create a unified organization of 10 hospitals, and this idea was strictly in the IT integration objectives adopted (Chang, 2002). The achievement of this goal is difficult to achieve in one step, and so a project plan developed in several stages, in which the system was created with the highest priority and security for the first time. This led to a partial integration performed in the short term, and then, financial and management systems are integrated.
