Introduction:

The job of a manager in the workplace is to get things done properly through employees. Apart from the benefit and lesson learnt from an altruistic point about dealing colleagues as human beings and highly regarding human dignity in all its types, well inspired employees are more creative and creative(Daft, 2009).As a manager at a fish aquarium manufacturer, I realize that performance is an amalgamation of ability and motivation, thus:
