Since all companies are committed to produce more and better in a globalized and competitive world, senior management of organizations must use all available means to achieve its objectives. These media are referred to: strategic planning, capital raising, technology, appropriate logistics, personnel policies, appropriate use of resources, etc. Obviously, management strategies and staff development are established as the most important factor that will help achieve business objectives and personal development of employees.

I am working in a small accountancy company Empire Accountancy Company, as a manager, my responsibility about the employment and the client relation, we are situated in Oxford. We are 5 people in the office, first employee (john accountant), second one Rani (accountant) third one Fadi (accountant) and me. We have about 160 clients from different businesses, most of them small like news agents, take away, private shops. We have been established since 1995, we have big range of clients, and we have our reputation to get more clients as a word of mouth is very important for us.

The mission of Empire is to build up a good reputation and long term relationship with customers. Through giving them a high quality service and get new customer.

Remuneration

Working Conditions

Motivation

Organizational Climate

Human Relations

Recruitment Policy

Security

Leadership

Reward systems, etc.

The primary data collected in this assignment done through the primary research. Questionnaire was distributed among the employees to look for their motivation and leadership skills. Similarly, in the finding and analysis chapter, I linked the primary research outcomes with the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs to figure out whether employees are effectively motivated or not.
