Woodland Hall hotel has been running its businesses for the past 30 years. It is a rural hotel with a reputation of providing excellent, exclusive, and very expensive services at the upper end of the market. It has superb facilities - swimming pools (indoors and outdoors), tennis courts, a nine-hole golf course, a ballroom and substantial modem technology gym. In recent years, however, there has been a steady decline in the number of guests (Bradford & Burke, 2005).

Moreover, apart from conducting this research, the Woodland Hall hotel management needs to work towards organizational development so that they can develop on the facilities that they are already providing to their customers. They should also market themselves to their customers differently from what they already have been doing in the past. They should not sacrifice on the quality and services that they are giving but instead provide some additional activities to attract more customers such as sports coaching, countryside activities, creative writing, family weekends, and dining and entertainment facilities for nonresident groups such as weddings etc (Beckhard, 2001).
