The article mentions that this organization suffered losses because the management of the organization was unable to manage their personnel in a way that could allow them to listen to the creative and innovative ideas of the employees.

The problem that is discussed in this article is related to aspect that is immensely important in today's era of technological development and innovation. The article mentions the problem that occurred in the Kodak. The problem is that the organization Kodak fails to survive the competition and to deal with the innovation because they were unable to manage the creativity and innovativeness of their people. Where the competitors were growing faster because of application of innovative and creative techniques and practices then there was Kodak that was unable to implement all those strategies. When employees possess creative and innovative ideas in their minds then for the implementation of these ideas they seek the support of the leadership.
