And it makes a difference of $5 between the two. Absolutely no difference in fragrance or concentration, just packaging difference and a price difference of $5.

You may want to know why these are so cheap. It is because tester perfume or cologne bottles are not packed up for sale on counters. Perfume and cologne distributors and stores are able to purchase testers at really low prices as they are packaged only to be used to permit the attracted shoppers to smell the fragrance. Some retailers do put up the tester packages for sale and do so at a markdown price and yet make money.
