Executive Summary

In this project we learn how to develop or personal and professional skills as a manager. The owner of any business or organization is usually only responsible for investment and management, but it's the employees who actually run the place. The need for knowledge and skills for effective leadership can be as wide as desired. You can include aspects such technology business moving company, work processes, market, economic environment, management indicators and financial ratios, marketing problems, financial operations, to name a few. Professional development is the accumulation of knowledge and experience in models and exclusively related to a specific area of science, engineering, medicine, law, management, economics, etc. The single and systematic accumulation of such knowledge does not guarantee the design or implementation of administrative management, let alone success. It requires something more, a good profile in terms of leadership. Thus, for developing professional characteristics, it is important to carefully go through all the professional responsibilities of the manager. It refers to the code of ethics or oath of office that is required for certain professions. It is a fact that the manager has to be an agent of change and social development manager, whose action generates satisfaction to workers, investors, users and society in general.

Introduction

Businesses and organizations worldwide operate on the brunt of one and only one asset, The Employee. Low level, High Level, menial staff member, high ranking management official, all of them are classified as employees. Employees or workers are those people who work for the organization. It is they who work on the tasks and run the place. The owner of any business or organization is usually only responsible for investment and management, but it's the employees who actually run the place (Allen, 2008, pp.10-62).

When fresh employees are hired there becomes a necessity of training them to perform their tasks according to the organizations standards and requirements. There are a variety of methods which are used to train new recruits. One is the employees are given formal workshops and seminars, as well as provided with documented and printing instructions, guidelines and other materials.

Aim and Objective

For nay organization to remain competitive, I personally believe that personal and professional development of the higher authorities plays an essential role. In this essay, we will develop different themes and suggestions that can contribute significantly, adequate and timely growth of the organization. The organization which I have been planning to serve as is about KFC.

Discussion and Analysis

Identifying the skills required for effective management work, has occupied the attention of many scholars in recent years.
