Personal Creativity Paper

Introduction

Creativity can be defined as act of transforming new and imaginative ideas into reality. This usually is a two phased process. It begins with generating innovative ideas and beliefs and then actually producing them or turning them into reality. Since creativity involves bringing something new into being, hence it requires a great degree of passion and commitment. (Creativity at work, 2010) Out of such creative acts, symbols and myths are born, while simultaneously creating awareness about what was previously hidden, hence leading to an experience involving heightened consciousness ecstasy. Hence, creativity can be explained as an individual's or the business's tendency towards generating or recognizing new ideas, alternatives, or possibilities which in turn may serve to be helpful in either solving problems, communicating with others or even entertaining others.

This research paper attempts to highlight the effective usage of creative thinking in various business situations. It starts with an introduction to what exactly is creative thinking in workplace, followed by identification of various business situations where the usage of adequate creative thinking led to better solutions and increased opportunities for business. Additionally the paper also emphasizes on how such businesses could do things differently in order to foster and instill creative thinking within them. In the end the paper concludes by identifying various actions that could be undertaken to boost your own personal creativity.

Firstly, they might feel the need for a varied, novel and complex simulation. Secondly, he or she might feel the need to communicate their ideas, beliefs or values and lastly they might have a problem at hand which needs to be solved.

However, this may not always be such an easy task. The process of generating new and innovative solutions to problems and the ability to create new processes, products and/or services for a rapidly evolving market can indeed be quite a tedious job, but in turn adds on as an intellectual capital of the company creating a competitive edge for it within the global markets.
