Introduction

Perception is the process of formation with the active action of the subjective image of the holistic object, directly affecting the analyzers. In contrast to the feelings, reflect only the individual properties of objects in the image perception as a unit of interaction presented the whole subject, in the totality of its invariant properties.

The statement by Guirdham shows that perception, communication, and self-presentation at work have been variously assigned such labels as social perception, interpersonal perception, social inference, person cognition, and normal personality. Person perception refers to how people perceive and make inferences about other people. Perception differs from sensation in that sensation feeling that results from sensory receptors, whereas perception is the interpretation of what is sensed. Person perception also differs from object perception or non-social perception because human beings are not invariant and inanimate objects. As targets of our perception, people dynamic entities endowed with emotions, motives, and complexity (Allen, McManus and Russell, 1999, pp. 453-470). To serious distortion of perception which based on communication and self-presentation causes the environment of its own projection of human feelings, moods, feelings, fears, motives, activities, etc. other people.

People can explain the motives of others in accordance with because they perform similar actions, and fall in volume in deep error. It noted that people tend to attribute their negative traits to others at work, thus creating a kind of justification for their behaviour. The negative manifestation of projection in organizational behaviour is false ideas of man that surround want the same things he wants. This gives rise to inappropriate expectations and actions that come into conflict with the organizational environment. Hard working head can be assumed that all the staff is also very hard work, though it may be very far from reality. Conversely, a lazy boss would unduly suspicious of the fact that they take time off from work which based on the perception and self-presentation (Allen and O'Brien, 2006, pp. 43-58). Strong influence on the perception of a person or a peculiar fact may provide a first impression. Often it happens that all future vision of man or at least sufficiently long-term perception is in the thrall of a first impression.

A strong first impression can have a double impact on the further perception, but for this, communication is vital. It may help to maintain a similar perception, even if it is not true, but it may also lead to a dramatic change of perception due to the effective communication, and self-presentation that cannot be adequately reality. The first impression may contribute to faster and easier entry into the organizational environment and accelerate the establishment of normal interaction between humans and the environment.
