Introduction

Values and beliefs of any society or culture help in taking decisions in one's life. These values and beliefs have to be understood by every member of that society, which would not only help him in making and taking decision but in all the practices of daily life. The realization of understanding these values and beliefs start from the initial age of life and it is very important for family members and teachers and other responsible members of the society to communicate and teach their children the norms and values of their society where they belong (Alvestad & Samuelsson, 1999: 50). These realizations give a path for every child in understanding the level of importance of these values and beliefs in their life and how helpful it will be for them in taking future decisions. And make them understand the difference between right and wrong in the future. These beliefs and values are taught at all stages of life. There are certain values and belief that are to be taught by every member of the society. These teachings include: the life long skills that are taught at the early stage of the child as they get secured and supported with the other people. They have a fear of accepting new things that happen around them. they get confidence, competence and a positive self-identity from learning values, a child also learns knowledge, skill and cultural understanding and quality early years environment provide flexible and secure time for organizing their lives (Ali, 2005: 87). The personal perspective about a culture, society or an organization developed at an early stage will not change till the end of life.

The early learning of these beliefs and values will enable the children to develop a certain perspective which includes: determining of early needs and styles of learning according to each child, to establish specific outcomes for learning, evaluating the program and planning like self-reflection and help in assessing the outcomes according to the learning in early stages of life.

Many researchers have conducted their researches to find out the impact of values and beliefs on the childhood perception of the human being. The research report will try to find out the human and environmental factors that effect on developing a personal perception about the values and beliefs shared by all members of the society.

At an early stage of life the self-regulation starts at the beginning stage when a human being comes into the world. Many social groups and family play different roles in making the child learn the values and beliefs of the society so that they are able to develop correct perceptions in the mind of a human being. According to psychologists childhood is a stage where the learning plays a hall mark in developing a personality of the human being (Allen & Marotz, 2006: 41).
