Meaning and Policy Functions

Policy comes from the Greek meaning "art, doctrine or opinion regarding the government of the States” and issues concerning to the states since human existence, it has had to socialize, to be the interaction with the other men one of the most important elements for survival. Policy not only identifies certain rules of States, but it also suggests the right direction to the society.
