Introduction

Improving business processes in the organization seeks to implement a methodology for strategic improvement of their key business processes, making them more effective, efficient and flexible, able to adapt to an environment of continual change. How? Making the deployment of processes consistent with the strategy defined, establishing metrics, defining controls, detecting weaknesses and implementing solutions that promote continuous improvement in achieving the objectives of the company.

Discussion and Analysis

All companies can improve, there is no perfect company. When organizations find their comfort zone they forget the continuous improvement of its processes. We agree with the author that companies in times of crisis are destabilized and are forced to take action measures. In times of crisis when companies tend little or how much you have and the companies tend to use timid strategies, which do not support out of the hole, only those who use aggressive or forward-looking strategies have the opportunity to succeed. Also consider the financial volatility forcing companies to reassess their future and make difficult decisions. (The decisions you do not take the competition by use)

A decision to use the process improvement, and helps you reduce costs, streamline processes and operations. We agree with the strategy of private equity fund, because despite being more aggressive, we consider it more efficient; we weighed that not all businesses have the same deficiencies in the same areas, and do not cost the same. We agree that the best ideas are given from the operating levels, as they are in direct contact with the problem, consider the "Management does not know what happens" as the heaviest problem that causes processes to fail, this often by "low morale."

If we include within our organizational culture, controlled coexistence of Continuous Improvement and Innovation, we have secured the road to competitiveness and of course, to achieve the objectives

Continuous Improvement, involves understanding and working in the value chain:

Customer-Provider-Organization, and directly in the processes that form this chain, adding the various improvement initiatives. The work develops; it should be understood as a series of processes that must be constantly improved on the basis of:

- Behavior of equipment.

- Commitment to continuous improvement.

- Establishment of local targets.

- Establishment of mechanisms for measuring.

- Verification of results.

- Implementation of corrective or preventive measures, according to the results, etc.

The improvement of processes, then optimizes the effectiveness and efficiency, improve on the controls, strengthening internal mechanisms to respond to contingencies and demands of new and future customers. Process improvement is a challenge for every company structure for traditional and conventional hierarchical systems. To improve the processes, we must consider:
