To achieve high quality and most cost proficient nursing care requires a process that keep track on the nurse services. The importance of evidence based nursing practice has been increasing; nurses need to learn more strategies that implemented and help in gaining critical thinking skills that linked to enquiry and understand the magnitude of evidence based nursing practice. Scholars and researchers have stress in one baccalaureate program of nursing, students documented the benefits and challenges that connected with the enquiry throughout the prospectus been illustrated in this assignment (Pruthi R., et al., 2009, Pp. 47).

In order to improve patient outcome currently as well as in the future, it is the importance that and evidence based practice in nursing care should be incorporated in to the setting of clinical practice.
