The voicing of a concern does not mean that the individual is rendered incapable of participating in decisions and making further decisions. It is understood that the individual is thinking about the best for the project and it is valued that he or she has the courage to voice his or her concerns in front of the entire body. It must be noted that no changes can be made to the Project Owner's VFM Statement or the Alliance Objectives.
