Project management has been described as the secret weapon of rapid economic sustenance of most developed nations all over the world. Therefore, in driving our developmental targets, it has become imperative to institutionalize this world acclaimed solutions vehicle into our economy for the achievement of our nation s development goals. From a project management perspective, many believe a project is successful if it is delivered within the time, cost, and quality constraints established at the beginning of the project.

Given below are the basic tools used for the project management.

1) Basic Project Management Applications

These are the applications specially designed for project management purpose. These applications are very helpful in goal management and team building. It includes, light house, spring loops and creativepro office.
