Introduction

There is no lone wellspring of qualitative study from which to draw for setting impressive scheme for assessing NSF programs. The distinction between quantitative and qualitative procedures is an issue of focus more than an issue of boundary. In each ethnographic or naturalistic or phenomenological or hermeneutic or holistic study, i.e., in each qualitative study, enumeration and acknowledgement of dissimilarities in allowance have a location (Frederick, 2006).
