A research design has been used in this study to answer the research question (Adler & Clarke, 2008, p.158). Allied with qualitative research methods, this study incorporated asurvey design technique on individual case studies, as a way to reinforce and evaluate the findings (Adler & Clarke, 2008, p. 55).
