Further, in this paper some significant tools of collecting relevant data for the improvement of the healthcare services are also suggested along with the methodologies and quality improvement processes that would assist in improving the quality of the processes involved in providing healthcare facilities to their patients. Importance of setting benchmarks as performance standards is also mentioned. The organizational structure and the way important information flows within the organization is also mentioned. Finally, the education and training that will be provided to the staff and the way of evaluating the implemented plans are mentioned.
