This study is based on the topic “Recommendations on how to improving work processes and workplace at Freegeek Vancouver”. This study describes the work performed to further understand the role of improving organizational processes, such as human resource development, culture invigoration, and other processes. The study comprises the following sections:

Chapter 1 is an introductory chapter presenting the main goals of this study, research problem, rationale and significance of the study.

Chapter 2 is a relevant literature review in the study area, highlighting the previous research carried out in this field.

Chapter 3 presents an overview of research methodology chosen for this study. Research design, the data collection method, samples, sampling method, research instrument, validity, reliability, and the ethical concerns are presented in this chapter.

Due to continuous improvement in technology and communication, life has become much easier. The work processes are now much knowledge intensive as they depend on the technology.
