The aim of this research is to analyze the human resource challenges for Chinese companies in terms of global expansion and students' willingness to work for a Chinese company.

Human Resource management plays a strategic role in the success of an organization in today's dynamic environment. Organizations that do not put their emphasis on attracting and retaining talents may find themselves in dire consequences, as their competitors can beat them by strategically using of their human resources. With the increase in competition, locally or globally, organizations must be adaptable, elastic, flexible and customer-oriented in order to be successful. And within this change in the environment, the HR - professional has to evolve to a strategic partner, sponsor or an employee representative, and a change mentor within the organization.

To be successful, HR must be one of the core business functions due to a thorough understanding of the big picture of the organization and able to influence key decisions and policies. In general, the focus of today's HR Manager is on strategic personnel qualified to maintain and talent development.

The global expansion of Chinese commercial sector is accompanied by several challenges related to human resource practices in companies. This phenomenon has a significant impact on the students' willingness to work in a Chinese company.

Research Questions

With respect to the specific area of ??research of human resource management to date, there are several challenges while going global. There is a need to develop modern methodological approaches to the study of management culture and effective use of human resources of this magnitude in China, which should be based on a systematic approach. Research analyzes the human resource challenges for Chinese companies in terms of global expansion and students' willingness to work for a Chinese company.

The current research will focus on following key areas:

What type of human resource challenges will companies face while expanding globally?

What is the level of perception of Chinese companies in the mind of graduating students?

What is the level of students' willingness to work for Chinese companies?

Literature Review

The organizations achieve their objectives through the implementation of their strategies through the effective and efficient management of resources, among which the most important is the human. The way in which an organization obtains, maintains, retains and develops its human resources is crucial in their success or failure. In a world with such immediate changes where internationalization is growing every day, a good human resource management will be critical for companies wishing to project abroad, succeed in foreign markets.
