It is conceived to maximize the organizational and staff members' advantages and to minimize the risk of failure in the process the change implementation. Change management presents organizations with knowledge, tools, and assets of change that provides organizations with a key method to achieve their enterprise strategies.

Aims and objectives

Aim of this essay is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of change management. Changes in organization take place for many reasons.
