Introduction

The industrial complex of Soviet Military performance has declined to a considerable extent over the years. The complex which produced intercontinental missiles and bullets in huge quantities is now facing steep challenges. Many believe that the industrial complex would find it hard to regenerate its glorious year's performances when the Soviet Union was considered a threat to be reckoned.
