Introduction

The aim of schools to develop students' knowledge and understanding of the principles that underpin all their activities in teaching and learning. Students get an overview of developmental needs of children and youth and the factors that influence their development in May and their individual learning needs. Schools also require students to understand how legislation, (Norman, 2008, 125) policies and procedures for the protection of children, youth and adults of the dangers in education circles, including those relating to accidents, emergencies and the protection and well-being of students and adults.
